Hi, I’m Alyse — the voice and creative spirit behind Cultivated Counsel. By day, I’m a corporate finance attorney based in the charming coastal city of St. Augustine, Florida, where I live with my wonderful husband, Alex, our sweet, pup, Donnie, and our four rescue roosters (yes!), Jet, Grey Beard, MJ and Bowie. By night (and weekends), I’m a writer, creator, and lover of the little things that make life beautiful.

Cultivated Counsel was born from a desire to blend my professional world with my personal passions. After years of living and breathing all things legal and corporate, I realized how important it is to nurture the other parts of myself — the ones that find joy in a well-curated outfit, a thriving herb garden, a good workout, or a weekend trip off the beaten path.
